We ship to all locations within the United States of America and World Wide.
All orders will be actioned and shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends) unless otherwise notified.
The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight and worked when placing an order
Please note to due Paypal policy restrictions, orders can only be shipped within the same country that the person making payment resides. If you require having the order sent to another country (other than the country that you reside in) you will need to either;
i) receive the order yourself and then arrange the international shipping. Please refer to your local postage services for their international shipping charges.
ii) have the person within the country that the order needs to be shipped to make the payment through Paypal.
We use USPS and Australia Post for all our orders within mainland United States. For all United States of shore States, islands and territories we use USPS and Australia Post. The cost of shipping is calculated in the shopping cart at time of purchase. Postage cost is determined by weight.
If in the unfortunate event you do not receive your items within a reasonable timeframe, please check your Parcel Tracking ID on the Shipper's website (if we have provided you with one), check with your local post office or email us via our contact us page to review your order status and shipping details.
Please Note: Due to the high costs of storing stock in our Florida wharehouse, we have decided to consolidate and ship all orders
from our Australian headquarters.
Whilst every effort will be made by our couriers or post service to deliver your parcel to you, in the unfortunate event of your parcel being returned to us, you will be charged additional freight to have your item redelivered to you.
To avoid an additional courier freight charge we suggest you;
i) Check the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct.
ii) Provide 'authority to leave' (ATL) instructions when placing your order if you are happy to have the parcel left on your premises should no-one be at home at the time of delivery. Please leave instructions for the courier during the checkout process.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post or Express Couriers International courtiers except the Pyroluria Test for which we use Express Courier International. All prices are calculated on the total weight of your order and delivery location. Please note our shipping calculator will display the postage cost to your destination during the checkout process.
We use Track and Trace Services where available to keep customers informed of the delivery of their items. If in the unfortunate event you do not receive your items within a reasonable timeframe, please check your Parcel Tracking ID on the Shipper's website (if we have provided you with one), check with your local post office or email us via our contact us page to review your order status and shipping details.
Please be aware that First-Class Package International Service is an economical but a non-trackable service and as such has no insurance for lost or damaged goods. We suggest that for all international orders that you choose USPS Priority or USPS Priority Mail Express, which are trackable and are covered by insurance. If you choose USPS First-Class Package International Service and your order is lost or damaged we at www.ConqueringPyroluria.com will not be held liable and will not reimburse the product or postage cost.
Conquering Pyroluria has a strict policy of upholding individual countries import laws and as such we may not be able to supply various nutritional supplements or health test kits.
Whilst every effort will be made to package your goods in a safe manner for transportation, we will be happy to replace any item(s) that arrives at your delivery address in a damaged state, that is deemed unsafe to be used except if USPS First-Class Package International Service has been selected as they offer no insurance for damaged goods.
Please email us via our contact us page to register your claim within 7 days of receipt of goods. We may ask that you forward photo's of the damaged item(s) or return the damaged goods to us prior to replacing the item(s). Should we ask you to do this, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur, following receipt of the damaged goods and proof of postage charges.
Product Returns and Other
Please choose your purchase wisely as we do not offer refunds once your order has been placed and payment transaction has been completed. No refunds will be given for a change of mind.
If under extreme circumstances we do agree to accept a product return a 35% restocking fee, less shipping will be charged.
We are unable to offer refunds on "Downloadable Products" once they have been purchased.
In the event that we are unable to provide the product you have purchased we will contact you immediately. This can be due to unforeseen circumstances in regards to stock levels with our suppliers.
Should this occur, we will endeavour to either;
i) Replace the item with an alternative brand for the same product of equal quality
ii) Reimburse you for your payment of the affected item(s)
iii) Place your item on backorder, if the product should be available for shipment within 7 days.
